Jonathan Wu is a seasoned data science and analytics professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Frontier Communications since March 2022, Jonathan leads a team focused on utilizing generative AI and machine learning to improve customer retention and lifetime value. Prior roles include Senior Data Scientist at Hopper, where Jonathan analyzed revenue impacts across various business units, and Data Scientist at ClearOne Advantage, tasked with predictive revenue forecasting. Jonathan’s experience also encompasses interim CFO responsibilities at Packlane and senior leadership roles at Liquidity Services, showcasing expertise in M&A strategy and data-driven decision-making. Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
