Lance Adams

Lance Adams is the Director of Network Operations Center at Frontier Communications, a position held since 2018. Previously, they held various roles at Frontier Communications, including Director of Network Operations, Senior Manager of Network Operations, and Network Operations Manager from 2010 to 2015, where they led teams in optical test and turn-up processes and played a pivotal role in system integrations during acquisitions. Earlier, they served as a Petty Officer Third Class in the US Navy, specializing in electronics, and were involved in network control at Verizon from 2000 to 2002, progressing to a supervisory role overseeing multiple teams across the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, they worked as a Senior System Analyst at W R Systems from 1997 to 2000.
