Lance Hall

Lance Hall is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations at Frontier Communications since April 2016. In this role, Lance manages central office operations across Texas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Previous positions include Local Manager overseeing the Lewisville and Irving central offices and a Supervisor for Network Operations & Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations for central offices and management of power technicians in the DFW area. Prior to joining Frontier Communications, Lance worked at Verizon from August 1998 to March 2016, holding various supervisory roles that included overseeing engineering, operations, and customer care.
