Larry Brooks

Larry Brooks is a seasoned operations leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Network Engineering at Frontier Communications, where they provide operational support across multiple areas, manage inventory, and facilitate significant savings by optimizing resource allocation. Prior to their role at Frontier, Larry held various positions at Verizon, including Area Manager of Network Operations, where they led a large team and managed a substantial budget. Larry also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, leading personnel in training activities. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Bowling Green State University.
