Lynette Rock

Lynette Rock currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning and Development at Frontier Communications, a role initiated in January 2024. Previously, Lynette was the Learning and Development Manager at Paymerang from March 2019 to January 2024, where significant contributions included establishing a comprehensive Learning and Development program and onboarding over 60% of the workforce. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Capital One from 1998 to April 2019, culminating as a Senior Learning Manager, where Lynette drove innovation in learning effectiveness for a global contact center. Lynette's early career includes various teaching and training positions, along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet and Modern Dance from Texas Christian University.
