Mandy Yerton has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the telecommunications industry. At Frontier Communications from December 2016 to September 2019, Mandy held several senior management positions, including Sr Manager Operations for the National Support Group, where leadership was provided for national Assignment and Field Operations. As Sr Manager for the Plant Service Center, responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 200 across multiple locations, and Mandy also supervised the Assignment team, integrating functions from new acquisitions. Prior to this, Mandy advanced the Assignment Team’s growth from 88 to over 200 members through strategic acquisitions and consolidations. Following tenure at Frontier, Mandy joined SQUAN in October 2019 as a Program Manager in ISP-Engineering, serving until August 2021.
