Mark Levy is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer experience and digital transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Frontier Communications, Mark also publishes the DCX Newsletter and Podcast while functioning as an executive coach and CX management consultant. Previously, Mark held several high-level positions at Comcast, including Vice President of Digital Experiences, where responsibilities included directing omni-channel sales strategies and consumer self-service experiences. Additional roles include Senior Strategy Consultant for telecom and automotive clients at Citizen, Inc., CEO of MaxxoMedia, and Vice President/General Manager of Mobile Devices at Corbis. Mark holds a BS in Entertainment Management and Marketing from Emerson College.
