Mindy Burdick

Mindy Burdick is a seasoned broadband network engineer with extensive experience in network design, provisioning, and customer support. Currently serving as a Broadband Network Engineer at Frontier Communications since November 2021, Mindy previously held roles including Customer Care Manager II at CenturyLink and IT Infrastructure positions at Charter. Mindy's earlier career includes significant contributions at Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities spanned circuit design and data IP troubleshooting, and at M5 Networks, focusing on Tier I support.
