Richard Wright

Richard Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Carrier Services - Project Management at Frontier Communications since July 2010, Richard oversees customer projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Prior to this role, Richard held several leadership positions at Verizon, contributing to customer service improvements, operational efficiencies, and significant cost savings, such as consolidating centers and enhancing service delivery for national enterprise customers. Richard's career also includes substantial experience in fleet operations at SBC Communications, where responsibilities included managing a corporate fleet budget exceeding $400 million. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture/Construction Management from The University of Kansas, and two Master's degrees in Management and Business Administration from Webster University.
