Stephen Murphy

Stephen Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, client services, and network transformation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Network Transformation and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Frontier Communications, Stephen has spearheaded business process documentation and improvement initiatives. Previously, as Associate Vice President of US Operations and Global Client Services at Inspiro, Stephen managed operations for multiple sites and significantly increased annual revenue while successfully establishing a new domestic call center. Stephen's earlier tenure at Dish Network encompassed various leadership roles, where notable achievements included enhancing performance across multiple sites, leading major business change initiatives, and orchestrating significant cost-saving training programs. Stephen holds a degree from Virginia Tech and graduated from St. John's High School.
