They have held leadership roles at Frontier Communications and Frontier Internet, where they directed multi-state operations and achieved significant revenue growth and high customer satisfaction scores. Recognized for exceptional performance, Will was awarded Top Sales Manager for 2019 and the 2022 President's Club distinction as the Top Call Center Manager.
