Paula W. has a diverse work experience in operations, project management, and business development. Paula currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Frontier Developments since June 2022. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager in the Business & Engineering Operations team at Arm from March 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as a Consultant specializing in Operations & Project Management from May 2020 to March 2021.

Paula's earlier roles include being the Operations & Business Director at Central YMCA's YMCA Awards division from October 2018 to April 2020. Paula was responsible for the development of UK-regulated and globally-recognized qualifications. Paula also worked as an Operations Director and Head of Operations at Premier Global NASM from October 2016 to May 2018 and April 2014 to September 2016, respectively.
