Will Augar

Will Augar is a highly experienced audio technology leader with a rich background in the gaming and music industries. Since August 2016, Will has served as the Head of Audio Technology at Frontier Developments, where responsibilities include delivering innovative audio technology and leading a talented cross-disciplinary team. Prior to this role, Will held positions as Principal Audio Programmer and Senior Audio Programmer at Frontier Developments, contributing to projects such as Elite: Dangerous. Will's career also includes a significant tenure at inMusic Brands as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on music production software, and earlier experience at FreeStyleGames and Electronic Arts. Will holds an MSc in Sound & Music for Interactive Games and a BSc in Creative Music and Sound Technology from Leeds Beckett University.
