Frontier was founded in 1974, when a few committed volunteers and four local churches got together to make a real difference to improve housing conditions in the region.

Frontier's mission is to provide affordable housing solutions to build better communities. Our core values as reflected in our mission are as follows:

We believe everyone deserves quality, affordable housing.
We are advocates for affordable housing policy to protect the interests of low-income families.
We believe education is key to self-sufficiency and financial literacy is imperative for successful homeownership.
We partner in building families’ and communities’ assets.
We believe in equitable access and equal opportunity for all of our housing resources.
We strive to be a model employer, setting a standard for excellent employment practices in our area.
We believe in continuous improvement, and strive for excellence in everything we do.
In order to excel and to remain on the frontier of affordable housing, we believe that continuous community and stakeholder involvement is crucial in the development of our policies, programs, and projects.

At Frontier, we are proud to build homes to fit hard-working families like yours. Our goal is to help you build the home of your dreams. 606-784-2131
