Specializing in exercise design and risk management consulting.

After nearly a decade running a risk-consulting practice under the Northly Risk brand, and working with some of North America’s largest organizations, a clear pattern emerged: clients consistently valued our exercises and simulations above all else.

Frontier Risk represents the focused evolution of that practice. With nearly 20 years of experience designing and facilitating high-impact tabletop exercises and simulations, we specialize in helping boards, executives, and operational teams strengthen decision-making under pressure.

In addition to exercises and simulations, we support organizations in building mature crisis and incident management programs, including frameworks, plans, playbooks, team training, and executive workshops.
