James Whitcomb

James Whitcomb is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Risk since October 2022, James previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Parallel from August 2016 to July 2022, where additional roles included Chief Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier experience includes an Associate role in Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring at Perella Weinberg Partners from July 2015 to August 2016, and positions at Dory Ventures LLC as Associate and Financial Analyst from August 2010 to July 2013. James began their career as a Research Associate at Inter-Asia Venture Management in June 2009. Academically, James holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Columbia Business School (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs (Middle East) from the University of Virginia (2007-2010).
