Douglas Wong

Douglas Wong has extensive work experience in software development and programming. Douglas began their career in 2007 at Monash University, where they worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer. In this role, they developed web applications and software for clinical trials and registry. Their responsibilities included designing and developing software applications, data management, system analysis, requirement gathering, and system testing. Douglas also maintained existing systems and resolved day-to-day challenges with data and analytics/reporting systems. Prior to this role, they served as a Programmer Analyst, providing clinical trial data management for various projects. Douglas designed databases, performed data queries, validation, and cleaning, and developed TeleForm-based studies. Additionally, they implemented office automation to streamline consent letter printing. In 2015, Douglas joined Frontier Software as a Senior Software Developer.
