Michael Howard

Michael Howard is the Executive Chairman & Founder of FRONTIER SOFTWARE PLC, a company that provides integrated Human Capital Management software solutions and payroll outsourcing services. Michael founded Frontier Software in 1983, and the company now has offices in multiple countries. Prior to founding Frontier Software, Michael worked as a Senior Project Manager at Westpac, where they were involved in upgrading the banking systems. Michael also worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Barclays Bank, where they participated in software installations and implemented banking systems in various locations.

Michael Howard attended Enfield Technical College from 1968 to 1970. Michael studied chemistry during their time at the college, but did not earn a degree.
