Chun-Chen Yang

Chun-Chen Yang, Ph.D., serves as a member of the Youth Committee and Youth Startup Mentor at the New Taipei City Government since November 2024. As an entrepreneur, Chun-Chen is involved in the Berkeley-Taiwan Health Innovation Accelerator at UC Berkeley School of Public Health and operates under Berkeley SkyDeck. Additionally, Chun-Chen holds the position of Review Editor for the Nanobiotechnology section of Frontiers. As a co-founder of Neurobit, Chun-Chen oversees corporate strategy, business planning, and product management while forging partnerships for clinical trials across the Netherlands and Taiwan. Previous roles include lecturer at National Applied Research Laboratories, industry expert mentor at Fu Jen Catholic University, and entrepreneurial mentor at Microsoft for Startups. Chun-Chen holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from National Taiwan University, complemented by studies at National Tsing Hua University, Warsaw University of Technology, and Draper University.
