Davide Fiocco

Davide Fiocco is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Frontiers since March 2022, after previously holding the same title from November 2017 to May 2021. At Frontiers, Davide focused on prototyping and deploying innovative NLP and computer vision products to enhance internal processes. Prior to Frontiers, Davide worked at Google as a Data Scientist from September 2015 to October 2017, where contributions included optimizing ROI analyses for major clients and supporting product management initiatives. Earlier experiences include a Graduate Trainee position at the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation and a Research Assistant role at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. Davide holds a Ph.D. in Physics from EPFL and a Master's degree in Condensed Matter Physics from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
