Eda B.

Eda B. is a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) Specialist, Food Engineer, and Nutritionist. They served as a Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering - University of Porto in 2013 and as a Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at Kırklareli University from 2011 to 2018, educating over 500 undergraduate students on various topics. Eda completed a Ph.D. as a researcher in the Plant Genetics Department at Università Politecnica delle Marche between 2017 and 2020, where they focused on evaluating French bean cultivars and conducting market research. Currently, they are a Review Editor in Sustainable Nutrition at Frontiers and work as a freelance Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) Expert.
