Fran Moreno

Fran Moreno has extensive work experience in software engineering, team leadership, and consulting roles. From 2014 to the present, Fran has been working at Frontiers, initially as a Senior Software Engineer, then progressing to Software Engineering Team Lead and eventually to Senior Software Engineering Team Lead. Their responsibilities at Frontiers included delivery and SDLC management in product teams, hiring, mentoring, performance review, and fostering a people-first and user-centric culture. Fran also gained experience in working with AI and data-centered technologies such as .NET, Vue.js, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
