Harpreet Kaur

Harpreet Kaur, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Computational Scientist and Visiting Fellow at the National Cancer Institute since March 2022. In addition, Harpreet Kaur serves as an Editorial Board Member for BMC and as an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Public Health. Harpreet Kaur has also held the role of Guest Editor for Frontiers since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Curriculum Developer and Research Consultant, as well as an Omics Logic Bioinformatics Trainer at Pine Biotech from September 2020 to March 2022, and completing a PhD as a scholar at the Institute of Microbial Technology from 2015 to September 2020. Earlier academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Biotechnology at S.D. College, Barnala, from January 2012 to July 2013. Harpreet Kaur holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from CSIR-Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh, and JNU, New Delhi, and a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Guru Nanak Dev University.
