Heather Slater is a Research Integrity Specialist at Frontiers, where they conduct post-submission checks and assist with Research Integrity queries. Having earned a PhD in auditory neuroscience and animal welfare from Newcastle University, they possess extensive experience in psychology and neuroscience. Previously, Heather held various roles within Newcastle University, including Lab Technical Manager, where they developed research methods and trained staff. They have also contributed as a Research Assistant at Durham University, engaging in data collection, analysis, and administrative tasks.
