Jane Payumo

Jane Payumo, PhD, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director at Research Evaluation & Data Analytics within MSU AgBioResearch, where Jane manages initiatives focused on research evaluation and data analytics. In addition to this role, Jane is a Review Editor and member of the Editorial Board at Frontiers, overseeing manuscript submissions related to research assessment. As the Chief Executive Officer of Azn Nation, Jane provides leadership and direction for the organization. Further affiliations include being an Affiliated Researcher with the MSU Food Security Group and Core Faculty with the African Studies Center and the Center for Gender Context at Michigan State University. Jane's previous experience includes serving as Head of Research Evaluation and Data Analytics at MSU AgBioResearch and working as an Independent Consultant for the Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy. Jane holds advanced degrees in Interdisciplinary Sciences and Technology Management from Washington State University and the University of the Philippines, respectively.
