Jonathan Carley is an experienced professional with expertise in carbon capture, utilization, and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as an Executive in Residence at Foresight Canada, Carley mentors carbontech startups and conducts due diligence. As Founder and Executive Producer of Star Tribe Media Inc., Carley produced a global social impact project in collaboration with the Screen Industries Research and Training Centre. With a strong background in advising on CCUS and CDR projects and serving as a principal at CCUS Experts, Carley also holds positions on the editorial board for Frontiers Energy Research and has mentored startups through the Centre for Social Innovation. Previous leadership roles include Co-CEO at CannSell, where Carley achieved significant growth, and Vice President of Business Development at CO2 Solutions Inc., where Carley co-led the commercialization of innovative carbon capture technology and secured substantial government funding. Carley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the University of Guelph.
