Mohammad Babla

Mohammad Babla, PhD, is a dedicated Plant Biotechnologist and Synthetic Biology enthusiast with extensive research experience spanning approximately eight years in diverse areas including Plant Biology, Molecular Plant Physiology, and Bioinformatics. Currently, Mohammad serves as a Review Editor with Frontiers in Genome Editing, and a Research Assistant at the University of Adelaide's ARC Centre of Excellence in Plants for Space. Previously, at Western Sydney University, Mohammad held roles such as Senior Research Project Officer and Senior Technical Support Officer, where they managed research projects and facilitated critical experiments involving advanced gene editing techniques. Mohammad has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and is actively pursuing innovative solutions for sustainable agricultural practices.
