Molly McGrath is currently a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Cologne and a Journal Specialist with Frontiers. Previously, Molly served as a Research Assistant at University College Cork and gained extensive experience in the hospitality sector as a Bartender at The Old Imperial and as Bar Staff at Farrell's Summerfield Bar. Molly also worked as an Ethnographic Researcher for YBS, focusing on the Irish seafood industry. Molly holds a Master's degree in Anthropology and a BA in World Languages with a focus on German and Spanish from University College Cork, and has participated in Erasmus programs at the University of Konstanz and the University of Deusto.
