Muhammad Sultan, Dr.Eng. is an Associate Professor at Bahauddin Zakariya University since January 2009 and currently serves as a Research Fellow at both the University of South Africa (UNISA) and INTI International University-Malaysia, starting January 2024. In addition, Muhammad holds several editorial positions including Associate Editor for Nature Portfolio, specifically for npj Thermal Science and Engineering, and Frontiers, as well as Editor for two books published by IntechOpen: "Irrigation and Drainage - Recent Advances" and "Technology in Agriculture." Muhammad also acts as Topic Editor for Water MDPI and AgriEngineering MDPI, focusing on "Emerging Agricultural Engineering Sciences, Technologies, and Applications," along with guest editing special issues for Agriculture MDPI and Energies MDPI. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Energy & Environmental Engineering from Kyushu University, multiple postdoctoral fellowships, and degrees in Environmental and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
