Sofia Rocca is a Senior Product Manager at Frontiers since May 2023, where leadership of cross-functional product teams focuses on AI, software, and business strategy to drive growth and re-engagement. Previously, from March 2011 to April 2023, Sofia held various roles at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, including Product Manager & Agile Lead, where end-to-end product development and team coaching in Agile methodologies were key responsibilities. Additional roles included Talent Management Specialist, Human Centered Design Project participant, Corporate Life & Pensions Sales Account Executive, and Operations Life management for LatAm. Sofia co-founded The Switch Gang in 2021, a project that provided valuable learning experiences. Educational achievements include a Product Management Certificate from Product School and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Universidad del Salvador, supplemented by courses from prestigious institutions such as MIT and the University of Cambridge.
