Tomas Norton

Tomas Norton is an accomplished academic and editor specializing in Precision Livestock Farming and Agricultural Engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at KU Leuven since January 2016, Tomas Norton has also held the roles of Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) and Guest Professor in Precision Livestock Farming. In addition to academic positions, Tomas Norton is actively involved in editorial duties, including Editor-in-Chief at Computers and Electronics in Agriculture for Elsevier and Speciality Chief Editor at Frontiers in Animal Science. Over the years, Tomas Norton has contributed to various scientific publications, previously serving as Associate Editor at multiple esteemed journals. Educationally, Tomas Norton holds a BAgrSc and PhD in Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering from University College Dublin and a teaching qualification from KU Leuven.
