Yinan Chen

Yinan Chen currently serves as the Head of Public Affairs & Advocacy for China at Frontiers since October 2022. Prior to this role, Yinan was a Senior Policy Expert at Alibaba Group, focusing on IP and Internet Economy policy analysis and advocacy. Experience at RELX included positions as Senior Government Affairs Manager and Director of Public Relations, leading corporate communications and copyright protection initiatives. Yinan also contributed as a Product Manager at Elsevier, overseeing the successful launch of a new e-book initiative, and held earlier roles at Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press and Xinhua News Agency. Yinan holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
