Tom Buckland is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Reach plc as Tech Recruitment Lead, successfully leading a team that hired over 120 professionals in 2021, resulting in substantial cost savings. Tom's earlier experience includes roles at Modis and Consortia Personnel, specializing in Data Science and Data Engineering recruitment.
