We are a collective of frontline workers that originated in working with clients in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, British Columbia, in addiction treatment and housing. We started as a meme page and quickly realized that our Frontline Baddies need more support. Our goal is to increase community care created by frontline workers for frontline workers.

Upon recognizing that we need more support as frontline workers, we have created workshops that individual frontline workers can attend to for support around common issues in this line of work. We also help other non-profits support their frontline workers from burning out through individualized workshops.
