Ren Lu You

Ren directs the company’s strategic vision and leads Frontline in all day-to-day operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as a private equity investment professional at Pharos Capital Group and New Capital Partners. Ren graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Economics, Sociology, and Interdisciplinary Studies, and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
