John Bitsas is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the dental and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as President and Chief Financial Officer of Frontline Dental Implant Specialists, John leads strategic and operational initiatives for a multi-site dental organization. Prior to this, John held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, where responsibilities included optimizing financial performance and overseeing a successful private equity sale. John's background in private equity is highlighted by a role as Principal at Sovereign's Capital, where due diligence processes were refined. Previous experience also includes significant positions at Aiglon Capital, Truist, Triangle Capital Corporation, and EY, encompassing financial management, investment strategy, and transaction advisory services. John holds an M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and two degrees in accounting from Appalachian State University.
