Josh Stever

Josh Stever has worked at multiple companies in various roles. Josh started their career as a Field Laborer at US Seedless from July 2007 to August 2008. Josh then worked as a Greenhouse Sales Clerk at Glick's Greenhouse from 2009 to August 2014.

In 2014, they joined Frontline Education as a Client Services Specialist and worked in that role until January 2017. Josh then briefly worked as a Senior Support Specialist, responsible for queue management, escalations, training, and SQL queries.

From July 2017 to December 2018, Josh worked as a Solutions Specialist at Frontline Education, where they contributed to project management, SQL, and the design and development of new processes and training materials. Josh also handled technical escalations and tested new feature rollouts, reporting defects to developers.

From January 2019 to May 2021, they served as a Technical Support Analyst at Frontline Education, specializing in setting up and designing integrations and interfaces, particularly focused on payroll software integrations. Josh also handled custom SQL reporting, technical support escalations, and reported system defects.

Their most recent position at Frontline Education is as a Product Owner, starting from May 2021.

Josh Stever obtained their Bachelor's Degree in History from Thomas Edison State University between 2011 and 2014.
