Digital Twinning as a Service! LLS develops and markets frontline.io, a suite of software tools for more effective remote training and support, specially designed for mechanical hardware products. Hardware manufacturers producing machines of all types - engines, gears, medical devices and more - use frontline.io to help retain technical knowledge and effectively deliver the most updated technical information to remote service staff and end-users. Knowledge retention for mechanical products has always been a challenge owing to skilled personnel turnover, large product catalogs and communication barriers. This challenge became more acute during the pandemic, when everything moved remote. Leveraging years of experience in 3D modeling and VR/AR technologies, frontline.io meets this challenge with a set of advanced tools that include virtual training rooms, AR-based remote support and a knowledge retention management system. frontline.io is based on a visual “how to” procedures editor, collaborators and tasks and project tools. LLS are experts in the use of digital twining to simulate highly-complex mechanical products. Unlike traditional products, our digital twin creation process is not only very rapid, but also yields accurate interactive 3D files which are about a tenth of the size of regular 3D files. This enables frontline.io to deploy digital twin models on any device, PC, tablet or mobile, and also integrate digital twinning with advanced technologies like VR, AR and MR.
