Michelle Steinmeyer has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the customer service industry. Michelle started their career in 2000 as the Vice President of Operations at UpSource Inc., where they were responsible for managing a multi-channel contact center enterprise. In 2013, they joined VPI - Voice Print International as the Director of Product Management-Applications before moving on to The Analyst Group as the Vice President of Operations. At The Analyst Group, they oversaw all operational aspects of the business and managed a variety of clients. Most recently, Michelle served as the Vice President of Service Desk Operations at Frontline Managed Services. In this role, they led the global strategic efforts for the help desk, overseeing a team of over 400 IT technicians supporting large law firms worldwide.
Michelle Steinmeyer attended Forest Park for photography and later pursued zoology/animal biology at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
