Barbara Reece is an experienced healthcare professional and executive coach with a diverse background in nursing and organizational development. As Program Manager at FrontLine Service since July 2015 and President of Development Matters, LLC since January 2009, Barbara specializes in coaching entities on professional development, conflict management, and communication skills.
