David Titus

David Titus has over three decades of experience in the mental health and community services sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Mental Health Services since March 2006, David previously held the position of Associate Director of Community Services at Bridgeway (Hill House) from May 1992 to January 2006 and worked as a Discharge Planner at Lorain Community Hospital from September 1983 to May 1992. David Titus completed a degree at Wittenberg University from 1975 to 1979 and graduated from Elyria High School from 1972 to 1975.
