Frontline Social Care, part of Aetheria Group, is a trusted provider of high-quality, person-centred support for Children and Young People (CYP), families, and adults across the UK. Our purpose is simple: to enable every individual we support to live safely, confidently, and with dignity.

We operate across both registered and non-registered social care pathways. Our registered residential division delivers safe, nurturing, Ofsted-aligned homes for CYP with complex needs, trauma histories, behavioural challenges, or high-intensity support requirements. Our teams provide therapeutic care, stability, and structured routines within fully compliant environments that build resilience and long-term wellbeing.

Alongside this, we deliver a broad range of non-registered 
Local Authority services, including supported-living-style packages, emergency placements, floating support, parenting capacity work, family intervention, and mother-and-baby observation. These services sit under Local Authority responsibility, ensuring supervision, relational care, and day/night support are delivered safely and lawfully.

Every package is tailored with precision. We work closely with social workers, clinicians, and multi-agency partners to design support aligned with statutory frameworks, Ofsted expectations, and the Children Act 1989. From crisis management and DoLS arrangements to strengths-based community support, our teams bring stability and clarity to complex situations.
