Duy is a policy analyst with deep experience working across systems to push strategy around economic justice and criminal justice reform. His core areas of expertise include racial equity, adult and postsecondary education, workforce development, and reentry and reintegration pathways. He also has developed policies that ensure quality employment opportunities target historically marginalized communities as part of the economic recovery. Duy is an active member of a steering committee leading nearly 100 organizations in advocacy and content development to drive a national subsidized employment strategy.
