Helly Lee

Helly Lee is an experienced professional in social policy and community relations with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director at Frontline Solutions since October 2020, Helly has also held positions at the Center for the Study of Social Policy as an Immigrant and Refugee Policy Fellow and as a self-employed consultant since 2017. Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Kindred Co. LLC from 2019 to 2024, Helly previously directed community relations for the Minnesota Department of Human Services and worked as a Senior Fellow at Frontline Solutions. Additional roles include Advisor for the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Law and Social Policy. Helly Lee also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas.
