Program Management

The Program Management team at Frontline AIDS coordinates and oversees the implementation of programs aimed at providing HIV prevention and treatment to marginalized communities. They work collaboratively to develop and manage projects, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and that initiatives are tailored to meet the unique needs of various populations in East and Southeast Asia, among other regions. By engaging with local partners and stakeholders, the team continuously evaluates and enhances program impact to drive meaningful change.
