Carmen Amos has a diverse work experience primarily in the call center industry. Carmen started their career at Skagit Recovery Center as a Support Staff from March 2010 to April 2012. Carmen then joined Frontline Call Center in 2018 as an Operations staff until March 2021. Carmen worked at FRONTLINE CALL CENTER from November 2012 to August 2021, holding various roles such as Client Success Manager, Client Operations Manager, and Director Of Client Relations. Currently, Carmen is the Executive Director at Frontline Group since August 2022. Throughout their career, Carmen has gained expertise in effective telephone communication, handling special tasks, dealing with stressful situations, and communicating with diverse behavior types on the telephone.

Carmen Amos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resources degree from Western Governors University. Carmen studied at Skagit Valley College from 2010 to 2011, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or a specific field of study during this time. Carmen graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 2003 with a High School Diploma, focusing on General Studies. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2022.
