During a recent visit to the emergency department at the Frankston Hospital I witnessed the hard-working medical teams deal with high patient loads and family distress that gathered in the halls of a very busy place.

I did not take much imagination to understand the major impact a small increase in numbers would have on the system and the people that work in it.

The frontline workers of this virus pandemic need our support during this challenging time.

Already working long hours in a system not designed for this situation.  We want to keep their morale high by showing the community support and are thinking of them.
