Sandeep Soman

Sandeep Soman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sandeep is the Co-Founder of Dwellin, a sustainability company focused on promoting environmentally sustainable homes through a mobile app. Prior to that, they founded Productery, where they provided advisory services to startups and large enterprises in product launching, go-to-market strategy, and team management. Sandeep also served as the fractional Head of Product for a startup focused on sales productivity.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Sandeep held several leadership roles at various companies. Sandeep was the Vice President of Product Management & User Design at Brainshark from 2018 to 2020, and the Vice President of Product Management & Design at Qstream from 2016 to 2018.

Furthermore, Sandeep has a strong background in product management at CA Technologies, where they held multiple senior director positions. Sandeep led the product management efforts for Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) and Cloud Service Management divisions, playing key roles in product vision, strategy, go-to-market, and product delivery. Sandeep also contributed to the growth of the SaaS Service Management product line at InteQ Corporation, which was eventually acquired by CA Technologies.

Starting their career as a software engineer at Tata Unisys, Sandeep spearheaded the development of the first intranet software package and worked on internet banking projects for a major bank in India. Throughout their career, Sandeep has showcased expertise in product management, leadership, and sustainability.
