Mark Mol

Mark Mol is the founder of 60South, established in March 2022, which offers consultancy services and impact investment in the Maritime, Port, and Energy sectors, leveraging over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as a Midstream Consultant for Fortescue, Mark is involved in designing a pioneering supply chain for green ammonia and green hydrogen. Additionally, Mark holds various roles, including Director at Odd.Bot - Invest Cooperatie U.A. and Master at Masters of Scale International, providing guidance to entrepreneurs. As a Board Advisor and Investor for companies like GBMS and FrontM, Mark supports innovations in smart sensoring and collaboration technologies for the maritime industry. Previous experience includes a sabbatical followed by senior positions at Vopak, where Mark was a Business Mentor and held roles including Commercial Manager and Global Account Director. Mark Mol holds a Drs/MSc in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has completed leadership programs to enhance managerial capabilities.
