Swati Seth is a strategic HR leader with 17 years of progressive experience in HR functions and a business degree. Currently serving as the Global Vice President, Human Resources at Frontmatec, Swati leads and develops high-performing teams while focusing on organizational transformation and HR strategy alignment with business growth. Past roles include significant positions at MKS Instruments, where Swati managed HR teams across Europe, Israel, and India, and at various organizations where they specialized in talent management, organizational development, and executive coaching. Swati holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and both a BA and MA in Psychology from Delhi University.
